Stories of transformation and healing

I went to the day pass and loved it. The trainer on duty was super friendly and gave feedback to those who were training—a really great attitude. The bathrooms and changing rooms were good, and the reception staff was helpful too. There were lots of different areas and machines for various exercises, and the 30-minute workout zone was great.

I love going to this gym, but it would be great if they opened at 5am for people who don't have much free time.

An excellent gym. From the moment you walk in, the reception staff who work the evening shift are wonderful. The instructor, Diego, is the best—super attentive. He gives you the workout routines. Excellent. The place has three floors, and I love that even if it's crowded at peak times, like 7 pm, you can still do your workouts without any problem. There's plenty of equipment. I really like it. I'm just passing through, but it's worth paying for just one month. It's lovely.

This is the gym where I've stayed the longest. I haven't had any complaints, the facilities and service are excellent ☺️ 😊 I've been training here for 3 years now …

Highly recommended! Very spacious, with a wide variety of equipment, and I never felt overcrowded. It also has very clean and functional bathrooms and showers.

10 out of 10. I've only just discovered the gym, and if I stay, I recommend working out with Coach Roman. He's very attentive to tracking your progress and goals.
